HR cum Sales Team Leader (Female)
We are seeking a qualified female candidate for the position of HR cum Sales Team Leader.
Key Details:

• Experience Required: 2-4 years
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
• Education: Graduate degree (minimum)
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to drive sales team performance
• Maintain team discipline and productivity

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the sales team
• Monitor and improve sales team results
• Ensure team discipline and adherence to company policies
• Handle HR-related tasks for the sales department
• Utilize CRM software for tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
