Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks , job postings, review candidate profiles,
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

This profile will be 80% Recruitment and 20% Operations
