Responsibilities

Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks , job postings, review candidate profiles,
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Employee engagement Activity
Operations

This profile will be 80% Recruitment and 20% Operations
Salary- 25000
Total experience- 5 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
