Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent through Recruitment Consultants and Linked In. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and on boarding new employees.
HR Policies: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s culture and goals.
Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and events that foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment
Leave Management: Oversee employee attendance, leaves, and work schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Employee Relations: Provide HR support to employees, addressing inquiries, conflicts, or grievances, and ensuring a harmonious work environment
Performance Management: Support managers with performance appraisals and employee development plans
HR Administration: Maintain and update HR records, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with local labour laws
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, preferably in a growing organization
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Linked In and various job portals
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws in India
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, approachable, and empathetic attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹288,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
