Job Description:
UBE Media is seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
3. Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
5. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the media or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
