Comm Scope is recruiting an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team! This is a hybrid role, and the role will be based in the Hyderabad, India!
As an IAM analyst, you will apply security skills to protect enterprise systems, applications, data, and assets. Provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Collaborate with all disciplines across the information technology groups and Business Units
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Maintain and support IAM functions and tools including Cyber Ark and Azure Entra ID including:
Creating, maintaining, and monitoring the Cyber Ark policies and onboarding process.
Configuring and managing SSO.
Implementing and enforcing MFA to enhance the security of cloud accounts.
Serving as escalation point for resolving operational incidents.
Working with other support teams and vendors to resolve issues related to Cyber Ark infrastructure and Azure Entra ID.
Develop and enforce access policies, roles, and permissions across the organization.
Operate as a technical domain expert and advise project teams regarding integration with IAM technologies such as Cyber Ark, and Azure Entra ID.
Develop and maintain IAM technical documentation, code repositories, and development environments.
Required Qualifications for Consideration

• 5 plus years of experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) role/field with experience in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Strong working knowledge of PAM Cyber Ark tool / Cyber Ark PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and DPA.
• Extensive knowledge and experience configuring Azure Entra ID SSO using SAML/OAUTH/OIDC protocols with MFA.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization and SSO configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours to regularly collaborate with US based colleagues.

You Will Excite Us if You Have

• Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns.
• Proficiency in one or more programming and scripting languages: Shell scripting, HTML, Java Script, Power Shell, Perl, Python etc.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
