Description
The role involves managing patient care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and technicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. Success in this role will be defined by delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families, and continually updating skills and knowledge in internal medicine. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Internal Medicine Doctor will significantly contribute to Hospital's mission of providing exceptional healthcare and enhancing its reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the internal medicine department.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and illnesses.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical advancements.

Qualifications:

• MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in internal medicine.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine (Preferred).
• Freshers can also apply.

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient care, emergency care, and ICU management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in patient counselling and education.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Proficient in emergency response and critical care.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and empathetic patient interaction.

Working Conditions:

• Needs Reallocation.
• Flexible shifts may be required, including night and weekend coverage.
• Requires occasional standing, walking.
