Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
Work Days: 5 Days a Week in Office and Saturday work from Home
Location: Delhi

We believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and expertise are valued.Job Title: Senior Executive International Ticketing What You Wll Do:

Manage international and domestic ticketing requirements for our esteemed corporate clients.
Engage with clients via phone and email, offering exceptional support for their travel queries.
Use Galileo CRS and online portals for reservation and ticketing.
Construct itineraries and fares to provide the best travel solutions.
Re-issue tickets for changes in dates, upgrades, and re-routing, handling any related penalties or charges.
Coordinate with airlines to resolve reservation issues and ensure smooth travel experiences.
Assist clients with hotel bookings, visa arrangements, foreign exchange, and travel insurance.
Manage web check-ins and seat allocations to ensure a seamless journey for travelers.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a corporate travel company.
Proficiency in reservation and ticketing using Galileo CRS and online travel portals.
Strong knowledge of itinerary planning, fare construction, and re-issuing tickets for International Tickets.
Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
Experience with hotel bookings, visa requirements, foreign exchange, and travel insurance.
