Role and Responsibilities
Only male candidates we are looking for IT Engineer

• Configuring and maintaining data centre / servers/ desktops/ laptops/ printers and networks.
• Overseeing day to day Server, Desktops, Printers, LAN / WAN network system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Training End users and improve awareness and user adaptability to new software’s.
• Taking regular backup and safeguarding the company data as per company policy & restore the data in case of requirement.
• Performing regular checks on network connectivity across Pellet Plant and other work locations within the Plant & periodic system upgrades following new releases.
• Maintaining internal documentation as per company policy.
• Maintain IT Digital helpdesk issue Tracker and submit daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS to Corporate IT.
• Maintain and safe guard network integrity, server deployment, data & Network security.
• Maintain IT Asset Digital register of the Pellet Plant IT Inventory and regularly update the same with assets movement Tracker.
• Ensure Smooth IT operation’s by maintaining Targeted uptime of hardware, software, Internet leased Lines, Endpoints and timely resolution of any issue.
• Adhere to the company IT policy and strictly maintain ITGC (IT General Controls) to comply IT SOP and Audit compliance.
• Monitoring and maintaining software applications, network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems; and firewall.
• Ensuring high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output
• Ensure All CCTV / NVR are working and submit weekly Working Status to Corporate IT.
• Any other work assigned to you on time to time.

Qualification:BE – Computer Science / BCA / MCA / M.Sc
