- Hands - on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques Leadership skills of monitoring to helpers.
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes Familiarity with sanitation regulations
· Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section (Indian & Others specialist foods)
· Responsible for creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
· Managing and training the Kitchen staffs for food hygiene practices.
· Delegate task to Kitchen staff & supervise them for timely preparation of the food.
· Monitoring portion and waste control.
