We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our rapidly growing team. An individual will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, recording various information into database, and customer service duties including but not limited to underwriting Support for Surplus & Specialty Lines Insurance. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Recording information and processing tasks: Inputting, verifying, and updating data related to insurance policies, claims, and customer information accurately and efficiently. - Document Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving issues from Underwriters and other stakeholders via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Policy Administration: Assisting with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other administrative tasks to support underwriting and policy servicing processes.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals, participating in training sessions, and sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Adherence to Regulations: Following industry regulations, company policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and uphold the integrity of insurance operations & company in general.
- Problem solving and Decision-making: Critical thinking skills to solve financial issues and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Details & Due Diligence: Close attention to details while efficiently managing multiple projects and tasks.

Candidate should be graduated. - Knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage
- Ready to work from office and provide support during US working hours.
- Ability to work in night shifts and follow the US holiday calendar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals and convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Skills including Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc. is required
