We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our company's products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company’s website, and generating leads. This role also involves close client interaction, managing client briefs, and ensuring that marketing campaigns align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, create, and maintain our online presence and ensure a cohesive brand identity.

Content Management:

• Plan, create, and optimize content for the website and social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.
• Work with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce promotional materials and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Client Briefing & Interaction:

• Attend client meetings and understand their marketing goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and present detailed marketing plans and proposals to clients based on their brief.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to manage expectations, provide progress updates, and implement feedback.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
• Create engaging, creative, and relevant social media content that promotes audience interaction and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience in managing website content and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for detail.

Desirable:

• Experience in client-facing roles, managing briefs, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
