Position Overview:
The Legal Advisor will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company’s legal affairs. With a strong background in corporate law, the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the corporate world and be adept at handling complex legal clauses and issues. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance, and safeguard the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage and oversee legal clauses and provisions within company contracts and agreements.
Advise on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal issues.
Ensure company practices and operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company and recommend necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with internal teams, including management and departments, to address legal concerns and support business objectives.
Provide training and guidance on legal matters to company staff and management.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with a proven track record in handling complex legal issues.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
