Position Overview: The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. This includes managing talent acquisition, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with the finance department to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a solid background in both finance and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs.
- Employee Relations & Leadership:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff and other managers on HR-related issues.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct performance reviews.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain company policies and procedures to reflect current legal standards.
- Handle legal disputes and liaise with legal counsel as needed.
- Finance Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance department to manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Analyze compensation trends and recommend salary adjustments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to human resources expenses.
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Assess and improve HR processes and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience working with finance departments on compensation and benefits.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
