Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Deadline Management: Oversee deadlines and ensure the timely submission of legal documents.
• Inquiry Handling: Address routine inquiries and provide general information under attorney guidance.
• Scheduling: Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook and Pro Law.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other legal professionals, such as paralegals and court personnel.
• Communication: Maintain communication with clients, counsel, courts, and other relevant parties.
• Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and office software.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Efficiency in using Pro Law software.

Education: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000
