In this vital role you will be essential in ensuring the seamless integration of corporate functions as work transitions from external sources into the Amgen India office. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Transition Management, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, transformation initiatives, and effective communication. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage complex projects using various project management software tools.

Oversee the integration of corporate functions into the Amgen India office. - Manage and coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Apply project management software tools to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all documentation related to business integration is accurately maintained and updated.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in project management OR
- Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of project management expereince OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of project management expereince OR
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of project management expereince
Preferred Qualifications:
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Experience in managing transformation initiatives.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience in multi-site project models and client communication.
- Preferred experience in corporate business integration.
Soft Skills:
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Strong experience in managing transformation projects.
Good to Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
