Manager HR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts. Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback processes, and employee development plans. Assist managers in setting performance goals and addressing performance issues.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as necessary to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records. Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as contracts, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of staff.

Pay: ₹16,725.80 - ₹58,747.55 per month
