We are seeking an experienced Executive QC to ensure the highest quality standards for our raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. The ideal candidate will conduct rigorous quality control tests and inspections, prepare and implement quality control documents and procedures, and manage calibration schedules. Proficiency in analytical techniques and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sampling and quality control tests on raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, XRC, GCMS, LCMS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IR, UV, KF, and wet lab analysis.
- Maintain and update calibration schedules.
- Develop and implement quality control documents, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Laboratory Practices(GLP).
- Adhere to chemical hazard and safety protocols. Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS guidelines and analytical method validation.
- Familiarity with chemical safety and laboratory practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
