About the Role:

We are looking for a manager to join our Product Marketing team to lead our B2B2C efforts.

At Plum, our users are the employees of client organizations, and their journey begins the moment they receive insurance and health benefits through our platform. Your mission will be to enhance and optimize this experience on the Plum app, ensuring seamless user engagement and satisfaction.

In this role, you will be accountable for developing strategies to boost cross-sell opportunities and driving growth through innovative employee engagement initiatives. You will lead key product growth metrics and B2B2C revenue goals, collaborating cross-functionally with high ownership and decisiveness.

Success in this position requires a deep user-centric approach, a sharp analytical mindset, a passion for design and content, team management and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design innovative campaigns to increase product awareness, user adoption, engagement, and revenue.
Lead the launch of new products, features, and benefits, crafting comprehensive communication and marketing strategies for ongoing product evolution
Identify and explore new growth channels to accelerate product and business growth
Analyse product usage data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and informing future product roadmaps
Partner with product and business teams to align on strategic roadmaps and growth objectives

Qualifications

4 years of experience in B2B2C/B2C growth marketing, product marketing, user journey creation, or growth-focused roles
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in content creation, user research, and go-to-market strategies across the full product lifecycle
Prior experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing business outcomes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in P&L management is a plus
