Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative campaigns to increase product awareness, user adoption, engagement, and revenue.
• Lead the launch of new products, features, and benefits, crafting comprehensive communication and marketing strategies for ongoing product evolution
• Identify and explore new growth channels to accelerate product and business growth
• Analyse product usage data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and informing future product roadmaps
• Partner with product and business teams to align on strategic roadmaps and growth objectives

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in B2B2C/B2C growth marketing, product marketing, user journey creation, or growth-focused roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in content creation, user research, and go-to-market strategies across the full product lifecycle
• Prior experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in P&L management is a plus
