Job Title: Manager (Taxation)

Office (Saket, New Delhi)
CTC: Rs. 12-18 LPA (depending on background and experience)

How can you make an Impact?
Direct Tax
* Responsible for all Corporate Tax compliances for all Legal entities including group
entities.
* Responsible for tax relevant activities in Statutory Audits/Monthly-quarterly
closing/ Group audit/Internal audit etc.
* Documentation for evolving tax strategy by considering various tax exemptions, tax
planning, DTAA and use of right corporate structure.
* Responsible for preparation of advance tax workings.
* Support/Guidance to cross function teams/business teams in relation to taxes.
* Tax Audit, ITR, SFT reporting, TDS reconciliations, Deferred tax workings etc. for all entities.
* Tax Assessment/litigation support.
Indirect Tax
* Working closely with Finance operation Team to ensure GST Compliances for All India
GSTINs i.e. GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, ITC reconciliations with GSTR 2A/2B, Annual Returns
GSTR 9 and 9C.
* Review GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR2A and ITC reconciliations.
* Preparation of working papers/submissions for Refunds/Assessments/
Appeals/etc.
* Support Litigation/ Assessments, Represent before the GST, and Customs
authorities.
* Good knowledge of Customs rules and regulations.

* A qualified CA with 5-8 yrs of relevant experience into handling Taxation
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Enjoy working with Government bodies & Income tax compliances.
