Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Middle School Math Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching math to students in grades 6–8 and will play a key role in fostering a love for mathematics while ensuring that students meet and exceed academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging math lessons that meet state and school curriculum standards for middle school students (grades 6–8).
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Create assessments (tests, quizzes, homework) to measure student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Monitor and report on student performance, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain an organized and positive classroom environment that supports student learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to develop a comprehensive and cohesive math curriculum.
• Participate in school activities such as faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in middle school math (preferred).
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage middle school students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Eman Schools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a private or faith-based school setting.
• Proficiency in integrating technology (smart boards, educational software) into the classroom.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and administration.
