Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in Node.js and Nest JS. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in backend development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our server-side logic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Nest JS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, following best practices for security and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, with a focus on server-side logic and database interactions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues related to backend functionality.
- Ensure proper integration of data storage solutions, including databases and caching mechanisms.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development, particularly within the Node.js and Nest JS ecosystems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js and Nest JS.
- Strong understanding of server-side languages, frameworks, and databases.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in working with databases, both SQL and No SQL, and understanding of database design and management.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
