The Odoo Technology Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Odoo-based ERP solutions. This role is responsible for managing the technical aspects of Odoo projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of customized solutions to meet business needs.





Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Odoo applications and modules.
  
• Customize Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.) based on business requirements.
  
• Oversee the integration of third-party applications and external APIs with Odoo.
  
• Serve as the technical expert for all Odoo-related solutions and development.
  Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Establish best practices in Odoo development, testing, and deployment.
  Ensure code quality and efficient performance of Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  
• Manage timelines and deliverables for Odoo-related projects.
  Conduct feasibility studies and provide effort estimations for customizations and integrations.
• Design robust, scalable, and high-performance Odoo ERP architectures.
  Lead innovation efforts in ERP solutions by evaluating emerging technologies and tools.
• Drive improvements in Odoo development processes and methodologies.
  
• Oversee the maintenance of Odoo applications, ensuring smooth functioning and regular updates.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Odoo implementations and provide timely solutions.
  Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP development and implementation.
  
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful Odoo projects.
  
• Strong expertise in Python, Postgre SQL, and Odoo development frameworks.
  
• Proficiency in Odoo v12 or higher.
  
• Experience with Odoo module customization and integration.
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Java Script, HTML, CSS).
  
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and RESTful interfaces.
  
• Knowledge of Odoo cloud environments and server management.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
