The Odoo ERP L2/L3 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced support and troubleshooting for Odoo ERP systems, managing complex issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP functionalities and a strong background in handling high-level support cases.
Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide L2/L3 support for Odoo ERP issues, including complex system problems and critical incidents.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve high-priority issues related to Odoo modules, integrations, and customizations.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for system bugs and performance issues.
• System Maintenance and Optimization:
• Perform regular system health checks, performance tuning, and ensure optimal system configurations.
• Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to keep the ERP system current and secure.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to ensure system reliability and availability.
• User Support and Training:
• Assist users with advanced inquiries and provide technical support for complex issues.
• Develop and deliver training sessions or materials to enhance user understanding of Odoo functionalities and best practices.
• Customization and Configuration:
• Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
• Develop and implement custom scripts or modules as needed to address specific business needs.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and support procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, issue resolution, and user support metrics.
• Project Involvement:
• Participate in ERP implementation projects, including requirement analysis, system design, and deployment.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and new features.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Odoo ERP support, with a focus on L2/L3 support roles.
• Proven experience with Odoo ERP.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP architecture, modules, and customization.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java Script for debugging and developing Odoo customizations.
• Experience with Odoo integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments and basic system administration tasks.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo Certification (e.g., Odoo Certified Consultant or Developer).
• Experience with Odoo Cloud deployment and management.
