URGENT HIRING
We are seeking an office assistant to work in our fun, dynamic, women-led office who is also friendly, organized, and outgoing! No experience? No problem! You will be provided with the training and tools needed to learn and work in a positive work culture. Join our team today and help provide the highest quality care for our patients. This role reports to the both co-owners. Pay is commensurate with experience and overall qualifications. Benefits include PTO provided and QSEHRA.
The duties include referral coordinator, maintenance of clinic organization, filing, insurance verification, coordinating schedule verification, and working in coordination with the front office staff. Strong hospitality focus, organization, flexibility, time-management, and can-do attitude will provide day-to-day success. You will become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to help verify and educate patients on options as you schedule their appointments.
Preferred Qualifications include:
-Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
-Willing to open office so that the clinic is ready to run smoothly.

· Team player who is willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience.
· Computer savvy with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Professional attitude and ability to problem solve and respond to patient service requests.
· Experience in a medical front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks preferred.
· Organized, can easily prioritize multiple tasks, while providing best in class service to patients and office staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
