Job Title: Patient Care Advocate - Front Desk (Part-Time)
Location: Empowered Origins Chiropractic, Carmel, IN
Hours: 23-26 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25/hour

We’re looking for a dedicated Front Desk Care Advocate to be the friendly face of our practice!
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients by name and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
• Conduct office tours and provide information about our services
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Answer phones, reply to texts and emails, and ensure timely communication
• Verify that all paperwork is complete and accurately scanned into patient profiles
• Process payments and assist with processing superbills
• Support patients with their adjustment schedules by managing the practice schedule and keeping appointments on track
• Participate in weekly training sessions to continually develop your skills

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and think ahead in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with children of all ages is a must
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and managing digital communications
