Job Description
Job Overview:
The candidate will have a strong understanding of People Soft application architecture, experience in supporting the Supply Chain module, and proven expertise in SQL Server and Nvision reporting. The role require providing prompt and efficient support to end users, proactively identifying, and resolving application issues, and collaborating with other cross functional teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will have a strong understanding of People Soft application architecture, experience in supporting the Supply Chain module, and proven expertise in SQL Server and Nvision reporting. The role require providing prompt and efficient support to end users, proactively identifying, and resolving application issues, and collaborating with other cross functional teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for People Soft applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues, answering user inquiries, and documenting resolutions.
- Maintain and enhance People Soft application functionality, including developing and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support People Soft Experience in the Supply Chain Module – specially in Manufacturing, Cost Management, Inventory, Purchase and Account Payables
- Experience in the Database SQL Server tool.
- Experience in the Nvision reporting tool.
- Experience in Service Now reporting tool for Ticketing.
- Perform regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system uptime and stability.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest People Soft technologies and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of People Soft application support.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact system performance or user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.
