The challenge:
BBETTER is growing at a great speed and had multiple bestseller products on Amazon, Flipkart etc. and we are launching new products consistently. We need to market each of them on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg etc). We are looking for someone who could market them digitally (paid & organic). We believe growth is unlocked when intuition is combined with data based decision making. If you believe you can grow this brand, hit apply.
What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns on marketplaces for all the SKUs
Own and monitor budgets, campaign structure, keyword research, optimization, and ACOS across campaigns
Perform ongoing A/B tests, listing optimizations, and search term analysis to improve Ro AS and scale the campaigns
Analyze data to optimize performance
Strategies and execute campaigns to increase the organic sales for the SKUs on the marketplaces

What we are looking for:

1+ years of experience in managing paid campaigns on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc
Data driven
Quick to learn and adapt
