About the Role: We are currently seeking talented individuals for the position of Project Analyst at our client location in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a full-time employment opportunity with a term of 12 months, renewable based on performance

Shift timings – 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm (5 days rotational working days)

Qualification

Required experience and qualifications.

EY is hiring for the role of Analyst in International Voice Process(inbound).
Minimum of 2 to 12 months of experience in a customer service role, highly preferable in an international voice process.
Graduation mandatory in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Roles and responsibility

Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
Online Front-Ending
Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
Sales Pitch Flexibility: Should be adaptable and flexible in adjusting sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
