About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Personal Assistant (PA) to assist the Founder of Recruiting Genie LLP. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day activities, scheduling, and overall coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and get involved in the growth journey of a dynamic recruitment firm. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel for business meetings in Delhi-NCR.
Key Requirements:
· 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility and willingness to travel for business meetings across India.
· A professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
· Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not mandatory.
· Female candidates preferred.
