Key Responsibilities*:
1. *Project Planning & Management*:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of plumbing and fire fighting projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
2. *Design & Engineering*:
- Review plumbing and fire fighting design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes, and regulations (NFPA, IPC, UPC, local building codes, etc.).
- Oversee the design approval process and implement value engineering solutions where necessary.
3. *Procurement & Material Management*:
- Source and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.
4. *Installation Supervision*:
- Supervise the installation of plumbing and fire fighting systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality.
- Manage subcontractors and labor on-site to ensure timely project delivery.
5. *Testing & Commissioning*:
- Plan and oversee system testing, inspections, and commissioning of plumbing and fire fighting systems.
- Ensure all systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements before project handover.
6. *Compliance & Safety*:
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all teams involved in the project.
7. *Reporting & Documentation*:
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and inspection reports.
- Ensure all project close-out documentation is completed, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.
8. *Stakeholder Management*:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
9. *Budget & Cost Control*:
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Track project expenses and handle financial reporting.
- Manage change orders and negotiate variations with clients and contractors.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
