Experience Required:
- Coordinating with Lines / NVOCCs for securing the FAK rates for DRY and Reefer
- Negotiate named account rates
- Liaise for free time at origin and destination.
- Maintain cordial relationships with all vendors.
- Consolidation and housekeeping of the rates and free time
- Manage the spot rate requests.
- Distribution of the filed rates with the internal stakeholders
- Focal point for any rate request received from the sales team
- Should be able to get rates quotes for additional services line Transporter, Insurance, CHA costing, Inland Costing (Rail) ICDs and other parties to provide to client.
- Coordinate with carrier in case of any booking / Space / Allotment managing Checking for the inventory status from the shipping lines.
- Liaising with clients, foreign counterparts, third parties about shipments which are nominated.
- Proven experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Education: Graduate
- Should have industry knowledge (shipping & Logistics)
