Experience Required:

• Coordinating with Lines / NVOCCs for securing the FAK rates for DRY and Reefer
• Negotiate named account rates
• Liaise for free time at origin and destination.
• Maintain cordial relationships with all vendors.
• Consolidation and housekeeping of the rates and free time
• Manage the spot rate requests.
• Distribution of the filed rates with the internal stakeholders
• Focal point for any rate request received from the sales team
• Should be able to get rates quotes for additional services line Transporter, Insurance, CHA costing, Inland Costing (Rail) ICDs and other parties to provide to client.
• Coordinate with carrier in case of any booking / Space / Allotment managing Checking for the inventory status from the shipping lines.
• Liaising with clients, foreign counterparts, third parties about shipments which are nominated.
