Position: Private Event Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure for private events.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized, top-tier service.
  • Collaborate with our amazing teams — from operations to marketing — to create seamless event experiences.
  • Drive sales by identifying and growing new business opportunities, while ensuring each event aligns with Alamo’s high standards.
  • Prospect for new clients by cold calling, emailing, networking, and in-person sales visits!
  • Lead weekly meetings to keep everyone on the same page, review upcoming events, and find creative ways to increase revenue.
  • Analyze and report sales metrics, continuously improving processes to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of event sales experience, with a proven record of hitting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of turning prospects into loyal customers.
  • A natural project manager who can balance high-level strategy with detail-oriented execution.
  • Strong financial acumen — you know how to hit profitability targets and course-correct when needed.
  • Familiarity with event management tools is a plus!
  • A book of business for private event clients.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
