Job Description:
Simpled is seeking a meticulous and efficient individual to join our team as a Travel & Events Admin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating travel plans for our employees and clients, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and arranging travel plans for employees and clients, including booking airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, and other necessary arrangements.
Liaising with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure that all travel arrangements align with the preferences and requirements of employees and clients.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and clients throughout the travel process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of travel expenses, including costs, receipts, and relevant documentation.
Assisting in the preparation of travel reports, compiling summaries of expenses and other pertinent information.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in travel management, and offering recommendations for cost-effective travel solutions.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with travel management software is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Flexibility to work flexible hours as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
