We are a premier travel agency specializing in inbound travel services for Australia/India travel .Our clients are mainly Indians settled in Australia. To understand the process one month of GDS (Global Distribution System) and on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle client inquiries and bookings
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their travel needs , aiming to convert inquiries into sales.
Assist clients with flight arrangements and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Uphold high standards of customer service by practicing active listening and effective persuasion.
Follow up on leads and suggest additional services to improve the overall client experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
