Location: Remote WFH
Note: Candidates need to have their own laptop + Hi Speed Broadband Connection
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Professional is a key leadership role responsible for the development, execution, and management of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This role involves overseeing and mentoring a team of Business Development Executives & also be involved in the creation and implementation of Sales strategies. This person will oversee the efforts of each of the business development executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to formulate effective sales plans.
* Collaborate with the CEO and other Directors to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Team Leadership and Management:
* Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
* Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify new opportunities and address client needs.
* Collaborate with the team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales Process Optimization:
* Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency measures.
* Implement best practices in sales methodologies and tools.
Training and Development:
* Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
* Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development plans.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and client preferences.
* Utilize market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven track record of successful sales leadership and strategy development.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams.
* Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.

Qualifications:
1. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in client onboarding.
3. Outstanding communication skills.
4. Experience in dealing with US-based clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • US shift
