JD: Production Coordinator (videos/motion)
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Media Production Coordinator with expertise in video production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing video shoots, editing, and working with various types of video content, including ad films, corporate videos, and training materials. The role requires effective client communication, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that projects stay on track and meet client expectations. You will be a part of the team specialized in creating explainer – AV, Motion, Educational Video, Corporate & Ad film etc. across the industries IT, aviation, Pharma, Automobile, E-Learning, Manufacturing, Publication, hospitality, finance etc.
Responsibilities
 Coordinate all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
 Oversee video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and managing on-set operations.
 Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the vision and goals of each project are met.
 Manage and review content for ad films, corporate videos, training videos, and industrial videos.
 Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain approvals and sign-offs at key stages of the project.
 Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
 Maintain a network of industry contacts and stay current with trends in motion graphics and video production.
 Managing of video’s production designs, mood board, log sheets for the execution of any video production.
 You’ll coordinate to create not just what the client asked for but what their campaign needs, producing beautifully designed decks that are in line with the project’s objectives and requirements.
 Managing and arranging video shoots production pan India.
 Dealing and arranging vendors (videographers/cinematographers, line production, equipment vendors, models,stylist, props etc.)
 Explaining the brief to the production team and getting done the work.
 Responsible for attending and directing the video shoot as per the approved script & production design.
 Evaluate the project, prepare cost sheets. Deliver the project with in approved cost and timeline.
 Get it done work from the production and post production team to deliver quality work to the client within given timelines.
 Trace the projects progress as per the given millstone and benchmark and assess the risk in advance, in case of any.
 Handle client escalations efficiently.
 Open for traveling locally and outstation for the client meetings and video shoots.
 As part of the team for one of our A-list clients, you’ll be collaborating with animators, editors, production crew
as well as with PMs, operations managers, and other talents.
 Responsible for coordinating with the post production team and getting work done.
 Working on multiple projects at once, you go above and beyond each brief to push what’s possible on both a creative and technical level.
 Whether it’s through programmatic targeting or dynamic content, your job is to get the right message across to the right audience(s).
 You would be responsible for the delivery of the final QC video to the client.
Skills
 Excellent command on English language both speaking and writing.
 Comfortable working under stringent timelines and a goal-based approach.
 You have proven experience creating effective concepts corporate film, animation and imagery.
 You’re equally capable and confident in working for high-end brands: you’re looking for high- quality projects and aren’t afraid of tight turnarounds.
 You can produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by others.
 You have a proven ability to tackle the same idea from a wide variety of angles, easily creating concepts for A/B test.
 You know how to maintain a positive vibe and can inspire coworkers to go the extra mile, wherever they are in
the world.
 Bonus round: If candidate has Hands-on creation skills in sketching, drawing and illustration.
Requirements:
 Proven experience in media production, with a strong portfolio of ad films, corporate videos, and other video
projects.
 Knowledge of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
 Experience with managing client communications and securing sign-offs on project milestones.
 Creative mindset with a solid understanding of motion graphics and video industry trends.
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in video editing software and AV equipment.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.

Salary range: 3,50,000 to 4,50,000 Annually
