Project Coordinator

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Installations and Dismantles ("I&Ds") for internal and external clients.
- Obtain I&D labor quotes from the Labor MAX team in the show city (when applicable).
- Create I&D quotes to present to clients.
- Manage I&D quote signoffs.
- Coordinate show services paperwork for existing internal and external clients as needed.
- Present final install and dismantle packets to I&D labor teams.
- Be available for assigned clients and any emergencies with those clients (including nights and weekends).
- Work alongside the Asset Manager to schedule pre-show staging and post-show check-ins.
- Handle freight logistics.
- A minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
- Willingness to learn industry-specific software such as Goldmine, Quote Werks, and Exhibit Force (training provided).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to establish schedules and coordinate resources to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and constructively.
- A top-notch customer service attitude and approach.
- Flexibility to thrive in an ever-changing environment.

- Ability to work effectively with various personalities.
- Willingness to continuously learn and apply new skills as needed.
- Logistics experience is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
