We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in managing projects related to solar pumps, solar equipment, and street lighting. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of solar technology, and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful projects. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of solar-related projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget for solar pump, solar equipment, and street lighting projects.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, resources, and team members to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Technical Oversight:
• Oversee the technical aspects of solar pump systems, solar equipment, and street lighting installations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan promptly.
• Implement and manage change control processes to handle scope changes and unforeseen issues.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify project adherence to technical and safety standards.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Track project expenses and report on financial performance.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 years of experience in project management with a focus on solar pumps, solar equipment, and street lights projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology and project management principles.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
