Job Description
This role would manage the crucial function of operations which would be a cornerstone for executing the Datar Cancer Genetics’ vision and mission. Datar Cancer Genetics is a provider of oncology-focused molecular diagnostics solutions based on its proprietary technology. It is imperative for the incumbent to be well-versed with the Company’s technical processes and would be an added advantage to have worked in the same profile to be able to execute, troubleshoot, and achieve deliverables specific to the Operations function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership & other functional key stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain key metrics (capacity planning, managing and tracking revenue trends, managing utilization achievements, etc.) and analysis to solve business problems and drive action toward achieving goals.
• Liaise with the Company’s affiliates/subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, and India to ensure all the requirements of Datar Cancer Genetics are timely fulfilled and adequate support is received.
• Strategize process improvements to ensure each department completes its tasks on schedule.
• Ensure efficient operations, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure timelines committed to the customers are met.
• Interface with cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders for smooth business operations by building and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Work closely with the senior leadership on budget preparation, to increase the efficiency of existing processes and optimize procedures for the operations unit.
• Work on the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes and subsequent insurance coverage determinations.
• Perform an integral role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementation of change control processes.
• Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
• Prepare and update, the organization’s operations manual and policies.
• Participate in inspection readiness activities and regulatory inspections.
• Execute special strategic projects as assigned.
• Work closely with vendors to track invoices and facilitate payments.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the organization are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• MBA with technical specialization through a bachelor's degree in Medicine or a post-graduate degree in molecular biology.
• Possesses robust technical expertise in molecular oncology and diagnostic solutions, with the ability to analyze, explain, and present the technical aspects of our solutions.
• Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with oncology stakeholders and team members.
• Self-driven, sincere, and highly motivated individual.
• Must be fluent in English language
