Introduction on the role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Project Manager to lead the launch of our retail DTC project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within the retail sector, with knowledge about retail operations, business development, legality in leasing, recruitment, merchandising, D&L, IT, and supply chain management.
The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing interdependencies whilst ensuring they align with the business goals, delivering value to the stakeholders involved and is crucial as it directly involves projects that will affect how the Crocs brand will connect with consumers.
This is a 1 year contract role(fixed-term).
What will you do?

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful launch of the DTC initiative.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, and customer service teams to align project goals and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Performance Tracking: Create and implement change initiatives. Monitor project progress and performance, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of project components.

• Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey by integrating feedback and optimizing touchpoints throughout the DTC process.

• Resource Management: This role will need to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure all resources are align with the project needs to meet deadlines and budgets.

Who are you?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the retail sector.

• Skills: Analytical skills, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project )

• Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations, business development, legality in leasing, recruitment, merchandising, D&L, IT, and supply chain management.

• Attributes: Strategic thinker, problem solver, and team player with a customer-centric mindset.

• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to evolving retail dynamics by acquiring a comprehensive understanding of retail processes and relevant tools.
