Project Merchandiser- Nava India, Coimbatore
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management:

• Oversee and manage fashion and apparel projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on order status and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Reconfirm order details with clients, ensuring all specifications are understood and met.
• Collect feedback from clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for future improvements.

Order Tracking and Status Updates:

• Regularly update and communicate order status to clients, ensuring they are informed of progress, potential delays, and delivery timelines.
• Confirm and verify all details related to orders before moving to production, minimizing the risk of errors.

Other Support:

• Manage and oversee the payment collection process, ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner.
• Collect and analyze client feedback, using insights to improve future projects and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations and responses to client enquiries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project capabilities.
• Ensure seamless coordination with the production team, understanding their challenges and providing necessary support to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitate clear communication between production and client, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with sales, enquiry, production, and client teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor in textile/fashion/apparel or relevant
• Excellent team coordination and leadership abilities
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the fashion, apparel, or textile industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
