Job Summary: As a Property Lead, you will be responsible for overall managing client Property.

You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing property operations, ensuring building compliance, and liaising with local authorities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach towards work, excellent reporting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with no direct JLL report.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Pune, India.
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Coordinate and oversee general property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance, repairs, and other property-related services.
Liaise with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits and approvals for property-related activities.
Conduct property inspections to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
Prepare regular reports on property performance, including financial reports, occupancy rates, and maintenance summaries.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and financial forecasting.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management ( Technical), B.Tech / BE - Electricals.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of overall work experience in property management, with at least 2 years at a senior executive or assistant manager level.
In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.
Proven experience in working independently, handling all aspect of PM ( soft , Tech, compliance etc.)
Strong understanding of building compliance requirements and local regulations.
Demonstrated ability to liaise with local authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Proactive attitude towards work, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
