• Procurement and Sourcing:
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Request quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Place and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Vendor Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Assess supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of supplier performance.
• Cost Management:
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted within the allocated budget.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to procurement activities.
