RESPONSIBILITY:

• Procurement planning and execution.
• Selects qualified subcontractors and maintain the list of External Service / Product provider.
• Control and issue of material specification to External Provider.
• Control of non-conforming products.
• Facilitate the quality system audit.
• Maintain the External product / service provider property

AUTHORITY :

• Purchase related decision
• Issue the purchase order & revision of purchase order
• Hold the order
• Reject the External provider if the quality standard are not matching
