Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive individual sales for residential units and manage a network of channel partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Collaborate with channel partners to expand reach and increase sales.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Build strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Regularly report sales performance to senior management.

Requirements:

7-8 years of real estate sales experience, with strong channel partner management.
Previous experience in a builder firm is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle and meet targets.
Must own a four-wheeler for client and site visits.
