Real Estate Sales Manager

- Drive individual sales for residential units and manage a network of channel partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with channel partners to expand reach and increase sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Regularly report sales performance to senior management.
- 7-8 years of real estate sales experience, with strong channel partner management.
- Previous experience in a builder firm is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle and meet targets.
- Must own a four-wheeler for client and site visits.
