Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000

With the growing demand of students willing to pursue higher education from abroad, we expanded our horizon to various other countries. We have already acquired the potential & developed the resources to provide students with choice of several universities for their higher education world wide.
Job Overview: As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the office.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
- Assisting in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
