Handle Patients and visitors Check in and Check Out
Do Billing for Out patient Consultation visits and service deliverables
Update all Consultants schedules
Ensure TAT for all patients who wait to see the Consultant and other Technicians including Physiotherapist/Lab reports/TMT technician etc
Maintain electronic and physical patient records (Hard copies/files) accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in line with healthcare regulations
Assist patients with clear and courteous verbal communication to patients and patient attenders regarding appointments and test results, general enqiries ensuring a positive patient experience
Work collaboratively with other departments like Nursing / Billing/ besides Inouse and External Visiting Consultants etc

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 1 year (Preferred)
