Regional Training Manager

As a Regional Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs tailored to the unique needs of our microfinance operations. Your role will involve enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and operational efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the needs of our microfinance operations, including staff onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
- Implementation and Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training sessions and workshops, utilizing a range of instructional methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for different teams and roles within the region.
- Training Materials: Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentation slides, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Adjust programs as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all training programs adhere to industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and national management teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and regional challenges.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of training coordinators and trainers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Reporting: Prepare and present training reports, including progress, results, and recommendations, to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in the microfinance sector or a related financial services field.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of microfinance products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
- Personal Attributes:
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
