Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities across a specific region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a strong background in home loans, LAP, and secured products. Knowledge of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banks, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) is essential. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader who can drive sales performance, manage a team, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets for home loans, LAP, and secured products.
- Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banks, and NBFCs to foster business growth and enhance market presence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient handling of applications and client satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Client Relations: Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in home loans, LAP, and secured financial products.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banking operations, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales teams, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
